Church Extension Fund Representatives (or CEF Reps) play an important role in the life of both their church's ministry, but also in CEF's.
These faithful volunteers keep their congregations up-to-date on the laatest investment poducts, institutional grants, and services available to them from CEF!
There are others who sell Savings Stamps in Lutheran day schools and Sunday schools to help children learn about saving and biblical stewardship.
Plus, all CEF Reps are invited to the annual CEF Fall Leadership Conference. There might even be ice cream!
Here's the best part - you can serve your congregation and CEF and do it all for about 2 hours a month!
- Receive a monthly update email from CEF with the months interest rates
- Keep a small area outside the church where you can put brochures about investements/grants/services (all provided for you) and interest rate sheets.
- Refer your fellow congregation members to the helpful staff at CEF to help them become investors
- Help set up a CEF Sunday for Rod or Andy to attend to talk to your congregation about CEF's ministry
- Attend the Annual CEF Fall Leadership Conference (all costs less travel are covered by CEF!)

- You choose your schedule - work with the school to find a good day (most programs sell once or twice a month)
- Sell stamps ($1, $5, $10 denomininations) to the students who want to participate in CEF's ministry
- Give out fun prizes to the kids!
- Send full stamp books back to CEF so the child can open a savings account.
- Have fun while doing it!
- Come to the CEF Fall Leadership Conference!
