Church Extension Fund is excited to announce changes to the Executive Management Team. In light of the retirement of long time President John Bates, promotions and new titles are in order. Faithfully leading CEF for almost 10 years, CEO Jim Saalfeld will add the title of President to his other executive duties. Andy Sohn has been promoted to Senior Vice President – Strategy & Marketing. Taking over part of John’s role is Zack Werner, who has been promoted from Controller to Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. Lastly, Rodney Barodte has been elevated to Vice President – Relations.
